摘要
本文阐述了哈尔滨车辆工厂研制的ＪＱ１３０型架桥机机动平车的设计、制造、主要技术参数、特点、用途、试运、使用维护等情况，并对该车的关键部件车体及转向架作了介绍。该车载重１３０ｔ，自重７０．８ｔ，车体长度３０９３８ｍｍ。
The motor-driven flat cars JQ130 for bridge-building machines are developed by Haerbin Rolling Stock Works. In this paper, such conditions as the design, manufacture ,main technical parameters characteristics, uses,test running operat ion and repair are expounded. And the key parts of carbodies and bogies are introduced. This car has a loading capacity of 130t,a tare weight of 70. 8t,a carbody length of 30938mm.
