摘要
分析了现有固定节流孔空气弹簧振动系统阻尼特性及其存在的局限性和对车辆振动性能的影响。从振动的主动控制出发提出了改善其阻尼特性的悬挂策略。仿真计算结果表明:采用具有线性特性的可变节流阀代替原来的固定节流孔将使空气弹簧获得良好的阻尼特性和隔振性能。
Analyzed here are the damping characteristics of the vibration system of existing air springa with conatant orifices ,the limitation, and the effect on the vibration performance of rolling stock. The suapenajon scheme to improve the damping characteristics is put forward from the point of view of active control over vibration. The emulating calculation result shows that the air springs will have good damping characteristics and vibration isolating performance if the adjustable damping valves with linear characteristics are applied instead of the original constant orifices.
