The balance mechanism is provided to balance out the weight of the window ,in order that the windows canbe rsiaed easily. The new type of conatant force balance mechanism developed by Sifang Rolling Stock Reaearch Inatitute enables the window to he indifferently equilibrated and easily raised. It alao has such advantages aa long service life,small amount of repair work.
