铁路粉尘作业场所36种粉尘粒度质量分布特性研究 被引量:4

摘要 报道了铁道部分粉尘作业36种粉尘质量分散度的测定,以及按照BMRC与ACGIH曲线标准所作的呼吸性粉尘与总份尘质量比的测定结果。按照BMRC曲线,呼吸性粉尘与总粉尘质量比,水泥生产粉尘1:1.4~1:7.3,采石场粉尘1:4.6~1:20,铸造粉尘1:2.9~1:20.4,隧道施工粉尘1:2.1~1:10.0,其他粉尘1:5.4~1:26.3。36种粉尘呼吸性粉尘与总粉尘质量比最小为1:1.4的成品水泥尘,最大为1:26.3的烘煤尘。本文尚对粉尘粒度谱精细测量的卫生意义作了初步探讨。 This paper reports the determination of 36 kinds of dust granule quality dispersion in partial dust operation field of railway, and the results of respirable and total dust quality ratio According to the BMRC Curve, respirable and total dust quality ratio of all kinds are as follows: cement dust t: 1.4~1: 7. 8, quarry dust 1: 4.6~1: 20. foundry dust 1: 2.9~1:20.4, tunnel construction dust 1: 2.1~1: 10. 0, other kinds of dust: 1: 5. 4~1: 26. 3 The minimal and maximal ratio are cement product dust 1:1.4 and baked coal dust 1 : 26.3 respectively Hygienic significance of careful determination on dust granule table has also been studied.
