气相色谱法同时测定拜尼多中4种有效成分含量

GC Determination of Mentholum, Camphora,Methylsalicylate and Thymol in Cremor Mentholi Compositus

目的:建立气相色谱法同时测定拜尼多(康松无极膏)中薄荷脑、樟脑、水杨酸甲酯及麝香草酚的含量。方法:采用气相色谱法,色谱柱为INNOWAX石英毛细管柱(0.32 mm×30 m,0.25μm),采用程序升温法,检测器温度为250℃。结果:薄荷脑、樟脑、水杨酸甲酯及麝香草酚的回归方程分别为Y=190375.67+9507.62X(r=0.9999),Y=80436.70+9030.67X(r=0.9995),Y=73630.95+6474.46X(r=0.9999),Y=8653.41+432.18X(r=0.9998);线性范围分别为108.2—1406.6,422.0—2100.0,100.7—906.3,8.3—75.5μg·mL^(-1);回收率分别为102.6%-105.5%,109.5%-119.0%,104.0%-107.5%,100.6%-104.3%。结论:该法快速、准确、可靠,适用于康松无极膏的含量测定。

Objective: A quantitative GC method was developed for the determination of Mentholum, Camphora, Methylsalicylate and Thymol in Cremor-Mentholi Compositus. Methods: Method of Gas Chromatographic. The column was INNOWAX (0.32 mm×30m,0.25μm). The FID temperatures was 250℃. Results:The regression equation was Y=190375.67+9507. 62X(r=0.9999) , Y=80436.70+9030.67X(r=0.9995), Y=73630. 95+6474.46X(r=0.9999) ,F=8653.41+432.18X(r=0.9998),respectively;the linear range was 108.2-1406.6, 422.0-2100.0,100.7-906.3, 8.3-75.5μg·mL^(-1), respectively; the recovery was 102.6%-105.5% , 109.5%-119.0% ,104.0%-107.5% , 100.6%-104.3% respectively. Conclusion: The method is rapid, accurate and reliable.
