Uncertainty of Measurement in the HPLC Determination of Pseudoephedrine

目的:对高效液相色谱法测定伪麻黄碱含量的测量不确定度进行分析,以期找出影响不确定度的因素,为评价检测报告提供科学依据。方法:用HPLC法测定糖浆中伪麻黄碱的含量,并根据《测量不确定度评定与表示》(JJF1059—1999)中有关规定评估其不确定度。结果:本次实验的不确定度评估为0.11 mg·mL^(-1)。结论:发现本次实验的不确定度主要由重复进样所引入。

Objective: Find out the effect factors of uncertainty by analyzing the uncertainty of measurement in determination of pseudoephedirine by HPLC and provide the evidence to evaluate the measurement. Method: Determinate the pseudoephedrine in syrup by HPLC and appraise the uncertainty according to JJF1059-1999. Result: The uncertainty of this test is 0.11 mg mL^(-1). Conclusion: It is found out that the uncertainty of this experiment is mainly caused by duplicated injected samples.
