摘要
目的:用荧光淬灭法测定伊班膦酸钠注射液的含量。方法:以桑色素-钍为荧光剂,伊班膦酸钠为荧光淬灭剂,在408nm激发波长,504 nm发射波长下测定荧光强度。结果:校正曲线在0.4—3.2μg·mL^(-1)伊班膦酸钠有良好的线性,方法的回收率为100.8%,精密度(RSD)约为1%。结论:荧光淬灭法是简单、准确的,适于测定伊班膦酸钠注射液及其不含干扰物的其他剂型。
Objective:The determination of ibandronate in pharmaceutical formulation by quenching method.Method:Fluorescencewas measured at 504 nm (emission wavelength) and 408 nm (excitation) with thorium-morin as a fluorescence reagent, and Ibandronate as fluorescence quenching reagent.Results:Calibration curve was linear between 0.4 -3.2 μg·mL^(-1) Ibandronate.The average recovery rate was 100.8%,the precision (RSD)was about 1 %.Conclusion:Fluorescence quenching method was simple, accurate, suitable for the determination of Ibandronate in pharmaceutical formulations and some other formulations without interference materials.
