摘要
采用文献资料调研、问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计分析等方法,对我国艺术体操训练人 口、竞赛体系、训练体制、后备人才管理、选材方法、运动员来源等诸多影响我国后备人才培养的 因素进行调查研究。在此基础上,找出制约我国艺术体操后备人才发展的因素及解决方法和途 径,提出我国艺术体操后备人才培养对策。
Through using the method of literature,investigation,questionnaire,expert interview and mathematical statistics,this paper makes survey on training population,competition system, training system, talented reserve management, talented selection and source. Based on it,the author finds out factors restricting the development of talented rhythmic gymnast, putting forward the countermeasure to cultivate talented gymnast.
