甘肃省县(区)体育场地设施现代化建设评价

Evaluation on Modernization Construction of Sports Facility in Gansu Province

采用文献资料调研、问卷调查法对甘肃省县级体育设施建设的现状进行研究,并对体育 部门机构改革前后体育场地设施的发展进行对比。结果表明:1)甘肃省县级体育场地尚有保证, 以竞赛场地为主,健身场馆为辅进行布局。但分布不平衡,结构不尽合理,功能单一,现代大型体 育设施不多;2)体育场地一直处于维持状态,参与性弱,经济效益低,发展空间压缩严重。体育场 馆被出租、转让或挪用现象仍然存在;3)体育场地的发展仍需政府部门依法加强和规范管理。

Through using the method of literature and questionnaire, this paper studies the condition of modernization construction of sports facility in Gansu province,makes comparison on development of sports facility before and after sports department reform. The result shows that the sports ground at country level can be guaranteed, with the ground for competition at first, body exercise at second. Sports ground shows unbalance distribution, unreasonable construction and single function. Sports ground manages to keep running, economic benefit is low,developing space is small. The phenomenon of sports ground to be rented and transferred is still exists. The government department should strengthen the legal management.
