摘要
制约山西省体育传统项目学校发展的因素:体委与教委的配合存在问题;副校长分管体 育力度太小;体育教师的训练水平较低,进修机会太少;学生家长不十分支持;学校体育人才选 拔培养渠道不畅通;课余体育竞赛问题很多;课余训练时间不足;体育经费缺乏;训练场地和器 材缺乏;体育传统项目学校的数量增加质量下降。对此,提出改革建议。
The factors restricting the development of traditional sports schools in Shanxi province are coordination problems between local sports committee and education committee, lack of recognition on sports for school leader,poor level of sports teachers,less support from students parents,bad selection of sports talented,shortage of sports finance,training place and facility. Based on it,the author put forwards reform suggestions.
