Study on Incubator Investment

孵化器和风险投资都属于对新经济起重要作用的制度安排,二者的结合就是孵化器投资。通过比较孵化器投资与风险投资的异同,对孵化器投资进行了特质分析:目标具有双向性;对象包括明星企业和潜力企业;投资特征呈现出投资主体的多元性、投资过程断续的或然性以及项目规模小、与风险投资存在传递性等特性;又分析了借款式投资等投资模式;进而明确出孵化器投资的构筑联系、解决生存等作用。

The incubator and venture capital belong to institutional arrangement which plays an important role in new economy. The incubator investment are their combinations. In this paper,by comparing similarities and differences incubator investment between and venture capital,trait analysis is carried for incubator investment: aim with double attributes, object including star business and potential business,multi-investment subject, probability of continuous or discrete investment process, small scale projects,investment transfer with venture capital,etc.Also,investment patterns,such as loan investment, etc.are analyzed.And then functions are confirmed in constructing relations of incubator investment,solving survival, etc.
