摘要
从当前高校心理教育现状来看,加强贫困生人事智能培养,促进个体主动发展,是提高这一特殊群体心理健康水平的关键。高校培养贫困生人事智能问题,首先必须转变观念,重新审视大学教育的使命,完成共性与个性的两重构建;其次创设有利于贫困生人事智能发展的优良教育环境;再次应坚持助困与育人的有机结合。
The evidence-based analysis of the psychological health education in the institution of higher learning indicates that cultivating the impoverished students’ personal intelligence and improving their individual initiative development are the key to this special group.To the institution of higher learning,cultivating personal intelligence of the impoverised students should be carried out by:firstly,changing ideas and re-examining the mission to construct the system of generality and individuality;secondly,building up revlvant educational environment;and thirdly,appropriatly combining legal insurance with cultivating personality.
