This paper analyzed some difficulties in earthquake prediction researches and in practice, that concerned with the scientific and experiential method problems. It is also demonstrated the importance to propose new thoughts or to use some new theories for earthquake prediction, and there is a possibility to seek earthquake preparation or to make a prediction.
