The New Development and Enlightenment of the Teacher Education in Korea

摘要　近年来韩国教师教育出现了新的发展态势,初步形成了政府主导下的多元办学体制,私立机构成为教师教育的重要力量。为了保证教师培养的质量,韩国政府通过法律的形式建立起一套独特的招生制度、标准化的课程结构、严格的教师资格证书制度、公平和多样化的教师任用制度。同时,政府建立针对教师教育机构的国家评估制度,目的在于增进不同机构之间的竞争,促进教师教育机构自我完善机制的形成。这些对我国当前教师教育改革具有重要的借鉴作用。
