Techniques to promote the production of plant secondary metabolites by plant cell culture

简要讨论了几种促进植物细胞培养中次生代谢物生产的途径,如添加诱导子、前体饲喂、两相法培养、培养基条件的调控以及在培养基中添加代谢产物合成抑制剂等,以期对解决实际生产中产量不高的问题提供一定的帮助.

Several techniques to promote the production of plant secondary metabolites in plant cell culture were briefly discussed in this paper,such as addition of elicitors,precursors feeding,twophase culture,regulation of culture medium and addition of inhibitors of other secondary metabolites,we hope to help to solve the problem of low production in practice.
