领导干部的道德建设是关系到党的执政能力建设的一个全局性问题。从当前领导干部道德建设的现状来看，必须从加强领导干部的理论学习、提高领导干部的修养、加强领导干部的教育和管理等方面来解决领导干部道德建设问题。

It is an overall problem concerning party 's governing construction to enhance leading staff's morality construction. This paper first discusses the current situation of leading staff's morality construction, and then proposes effective countermeasures of enhancing morality construction of leading staff.
