摘要
对盐溶共晶化渗硼的基本原理和具体工艺进行了探讨。结果表明 ,采用盐溶共晶化渗硼可在较短的时间内在工件表面形成较厚的共晶组织渗层 ,渗层硬度适中 ,表面光洁。
The basic principle and specific process of eutectic melting boriding in salt bath are investigated initially in this paper. The experimental results show that a thicker penetrating layer of eutectic structure can be formed on the surface of workpieces in shorter time through eutectic melting boriding in salt bath. The hardness of the penetrating layer is suitable , the thickness can be controlled and the smoothness of the surface of workpieces is high. The above technology can be used as surface strengthening process of middle and small size workpieces.
