摘要
研究了不同热处理工艺对Ni4 5粉末堆焊层耐磨粒磨损性能的影响规律。找出了加热至 95 0℃ ,以不同速度冷却后堆焊层的磨损量 (ΔG)与摩擦时间t的关系 (ΔG -t) ;淬火后经不同温度回火后的磨损量与摩擦时间 (ΔG -t)关系 ;淬火后经不同时间 5 0 0℃回火后的磨损量与摩擦时间 (ΔG -t)关系。结果表明 ,经 95 0℃水淬 + 5 0 0℃回火 2h 。
The effects of heat treatment process on the abrasive wear property of the Ni45 powder overlaying welding layer were studied. The relation between friction time(t) with temper in 500℃ and wear extent (ΔG) of the layer cooling from 950℃ in different cooling rate. The relation between(ΔG) and temper temperatur(T), and the relation (ΔG) and temper time(t) were reported. The result shows that the anti-abrasive wear property of the layer treated in 500℃ for 2 hours is the best.
