摘要
介绍了电动机的定子绕组温度监控系统的组成 ,利用温度传感器DS18B2 0采集现场的电动机定子绕组温度 ,并使用单片机语言和VB软件实现了上位机和单片机之间的实时通信。现场运行表明该系统不仅可靠性高 ,而且投资少、实时性好。
This article introduces the combination of the temperature monitor system about motor stator windings , and the temperature can be collected by the temperature sensor DS18B20. Then the real-time communication can be realized between PC machine and single-chip microcomputer by using respective software. The practical results indicate this system has not only high reliability but also has low cost and good results. In addition, system easy to operate.
