陕西省20a相对资源承载力时空动态分析

Analysis on the Temporal and Spatial Dynamics of the Relative Carrying Capacity of Resources in Shaanxi Province

运用并改进相对资源承载力的研究思路和计算方法 ,计算分析 :①以全国为参照区 ,陕西省 2 0a的相对资源承载力及其演化过程 ;②以东、西部地区为参照区 ,陕西省 2 0 0 2年相对资源承载力 ;③以全省为参照区 ,陕北地区、关中地区、陕南地区 2 0 0 2年相对资源承载力及其区域间差异。结果表明 :①陕西省自然资源承载力对综合资源承载力的贡献远远大于经济资源承载力的贡献 ,综合资源承载力的增长整体上低于全省人口的增长 ;②以东、西部地区作为参照区 ,陕西省综合资源承载力处于超载状态 ,但原因并不相同 ;③以全省作为参照区 ,陕北、关中和陕南地区的资源承载力差异十分显著。

The regional economic difference is being enlarged along with the social and economic development and the exploitation and utilization of natural resources. By using the improved research conception and the calculation methods of the relative carrying capacity of resources, this paper analyzes the relative carrying capacity and evolution of resources in Shaanxi Province during the 20-year period from 1982 to 2002 by comparing that in the whole country, the relative carrying capacity of resources in Shaanxi Province in 2002 by comparing that in the east and west parts of the province, and the relative carrying capacity and the regional difference of resources in the different regions of the province. The results are as follows: (1) The contribution of the carrying capacity of natural resources to the carrying capacity of synthetic resources is much higher than that of the carrying capacity of economic resources, and the increase of the carrying capacity of synthetic resources is generally lower than the population growth in the province all along; (2) The carrying capacity of synthetic resources is overloaded in the whole province, and causes, however, are different from the different regions; (3) The difference of carrying capacity of resources between north Shaanxi Province, Guanzhong region and north Shaanxi Province is significant.
