摘要
以微机为基础,用光电子技术和图像处理技术研制了一套钢轨磨耗自动测量试验样机。文中采用边缘线性内插算法对光带图像细化,并应用直接线性变换原理对细化的光带进行坐标变换,从而求得钢轨磨耗值。经试验和精度分析证实:该样机在动态时的测量精度能满足钢轨磨耗测量精度的要求。
Based on microcomputer and applying the optical electronic technique and imageprocessing technique, a set of test prototype of automatical measurement system for railwear is developed by the authors. The algorithm of edge linear interpolation is used for thinning the light band image,the thinning light band is coordinately transformed according to the Principle of Direct Linear Transformation, and thus the values of the rail wear are evaluated.Test and analysis prove that the prototype measurement accuracy under dynamic fulfills the accuracy requirement of the rail wear measurement.
