摘要
本文从可靠指标β的几何意义入手，探讨了一次二阶矩法的改进途径，提出了具有普遍适用意义的计算公式和步骤。分析计算表明了改进方法的可靠性和精确性。
Based on the geometrical meaning of reliability index β, this paper studies an improving pathway about the primary second moment method,and then gives the calculatingformulas and the procedure having general applicable means. Analysis and calculation showthat the improved method has good accuracy and reliability.
