摘要
对10.00-20 18PR轮胎结构进行优化设计:胎面选择横向八角花纹,花纹深度为 15 mm,胎面采用三方四块结构;缓冲层为单宽结构;胎圈设计为三钢丝圈;钢丝圈包布采用 1400dtex/2V2 帘布,胎圈包布采用 1400dtex/1×1400dtex/1锦纶帆布。优化设计后轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、耐久性能和胎体压穿强度均达到了设计要求。
The structure of 10.00-20 18PR tire was optimized by taking the following measures:octagonal tread patterns with 15 mm depth;three-formula and four-piece tread;single wide breaker;three bead wires;1400dtex/2V 2 cord flippers and 1400dtex/1×1400dtex/1 nylon canvas chafers.The inflated overall diameter,endurance and plunger energy of the optimized tire met the design targets.
