摘要
目的观察中鼻甲切除术加下鼻甲骨折外移术在治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎中的疗效,探讨慢性肥厚性手术的选择,手术适应证及注意事项。方法对于患慢性肥厚性鼻炎的患者有86例,平均年龄34岁,行中鼻甲切除术加下鼻甲骨折外移术,术后随访6个月至2年。结果治愈78例,占91%,有效7例,占8%;无效1例,占1%,总有效率99%。主要并发症是鼻腔出血和术后鼻腔粘连。结论中鼻甲切除术加下鼻甲骨折外移术对慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者具有良好的治疗效果。手术适应证的正确把握,术前的完善准备,术中熟练正确的操作及术后鼻腔认真清理是减少术后并发症及提高疗效的关键。
Objective To observe and improve effect of middle turbinectomy and inferior turbinectomy in chronic hypertrophic rhinitis. Methods 86 cases of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis were treated by middle turbinectomy and inferior turbinectomy, the average age was 34, and follow-up surveyed for 6 months to 2 years postaperatively. Results It was found that 78 cases (91%) were cured, 7 cases(8%) got improved but 1 case(1%)failed, and the effective rate was 99%. The main complications were intraoperatine bleeding and postoperative adhesion of nasal cavity. Conclusion The curative effect of middle turbinectomy and inferior turbinectomy was successful. The serious perperation for the surgery and clearance of the operating cavity after operation could reduce operative complications and ensure a good outcome for the surgery.
