摘要 实验考察了以ZnNi/HZSM-5为催化剂的凝析油芳构化,并用两台气相色谱仪对原料、反应产品及尾气分别进行了精确的分析。凝析油原料分析采用长30m,内径为0.22mm的OV-101石英毛细管柱,芳构化的液相产品分析采用长30m,内径为0.25mm的PEG-20M石英毛细管柱,尾气分析采用长30m,内径为0.25mm用KCl改性的PLOT毛细管柱。结果表明,凝析油中C5和C6组分的质量分数大于50%,凝析油芳构化产品中芳烃总收率大于90%,BTX(苯、甲苯和二甲苯)的选择性较好大于75%。随着温度的增加尾气流量也增加。介绍了凝析油芳构化的历程,结果说明凝析油芳构化是有效利用凝析油资源的一条很好的途径。 Aromatization of condensate over ZnNi/HZSM-5 was investigated and feed stocks,products and tail gas were analyzedaccurately by two different gas chromatographs. The feed stocks of condensate were analyzed by using (30 m×0.22 mm i.d.) OV-101 capillary column. The aromatization liquid products were analyzed by using (30 m×0.25 mm i.d.) PEG-20M capillary column. The tail gases were analyzed by using (30 m×0.25 mm i.d.) PLOT capillary column potassium chloride treating. The experimental result indicates that mass fraction of C_5 and C_6 of the condensate are more than 50%, products of aromatization reach more than 90% of total aromatics yields and preferable BTX (benzene,toluene and xylene)selectivity is more than 75%, that the higher the temperature is, the more the tail gases are. Synchronously the mechanism of condensate aromatization was introduced. The study shows that the aromatization of condensate is an effective approach of utilizing the condensate.
