基于2阶低频互调干扰信号的HPA预失真法

摘要 提出一种基于2阶低频互调干扰信号的一种预失真线性化器。该法利用非线性放大器的2阶低频互调干扰信号,通过混频产生3阶和5阶互调干扰信号,并且能够独立地控制3阶和5阶互调干扰信号的幅度和相位,从而可以使HPA的非线性得到很好的补偿。通过该预失真法,可以使Im3和Im5的功率电平分别下降22dB和13dB。 This paper presents a new predistortion linearizer which uses the 2nd order low frequency intermodulation signal. The method uses the 2nd order low frequency intermodulation components by the nonlinearity of the amplifier as mixing signal to generates 3rd and 5th order intermodulation. The method could independently control the amplitude and phase of the intermodulation(IM) components to recuperate nonlinearity of power amplifier. With the proposed predistortion method, the IMScancellation is about 26dB and the IM5 is cancelled by about 13dB.
