时代呼唤教育智慧及智慧型教师

Educational Wisdom and InteHigent Teachers

当今学校教育和课堂教学缺少教育智慧。教育智慧是良好教育的一种品质,表现为教育的一种自由、和谐、开放和创造的状态。教育智慧在教育教学实践中主要表现为教师对于教育教学工作的规律性把握、创造性驾驭和深刻洞悉、敏锐反映及灵活机智应对的综合能力。智慧型教师的教育智慧是教育科学与艺术高度融合的产物,是教师长期实践、感悟、反思的结果,是教师多方面素质个性化的综合体现。传统的经典教学体系的束缚,教学改革和教育科研的功利性取向,教师习惯工作方式等因素影响了教师教育智慧的生成。应采取如下措施走出缺乏教育智慧的困境:重新认识教学的意义和价值,关注教师的实践,关注教师的个体经验淡化教育改革及科研的功利性,关注教师的职业情感、激发教师的学习热情。

Nowadays, there lacks in educational wisdom in classroom teaching. Educational wisdom is a kind of character of good education, representing a free, harmonious, open and creative status of education. The educational wisdom of intelligent teachers is the outcome of the high integration of education science and art, the result of teachers' long-term practice, realization and reflection and the comprehensive expression of teacher's capacities. The shackles of traditional teaching system, the utilitarian orientation of teaching reform and educational research and the habitual mode of teachers' practice have influences upon the formation of educational intelligence. To get rid of the dilemma, it is necessary to re-understand the significance and value of teaching, show due concern with teachers' practice, weaken the utilitarian orientation of educational reform and research and arouse teachers' professional feeling and enthusiasm for learning.
