我国物流业面临前所未有的发展机遇和前景,但我国物流企业自身还存在着不少问题。本论文试图从我国物流企业的发展历程出发,讨论我国物流企业的战略定位、运营模式及发展策略,提出物流企业的发展也要紧紧抓住核心竞争力。

Our logistics enterprises have many problems, however, our logistics industry has promising prospects. This article researches the current position, an operation model and a development strategy for these enterprises. In summary, the key point is that the logistics enterprises should focus on core competencies.
