摘要
本文在剖析销售人员现有工资制度的基础上,提出了较有新意的互动工资体系。在该工资体系下,销售人员为了获得最理想的工资收入,就必须认真研究目标市场,挖掘市场潜力,做出准确的销售预测,并努力实现自己预测的销售目标。
This paper provides an innovative interactive salary system based on an analysis of the current salary system of the seller. In order to gain an ideal income, the seller must analyze the target market carefully, research the potential power of the market, make an accurate forecast of sales and pull off his goal in this system.
