钙钛矿型LaMnO_3和LaMnO_(3.2011)的结构分析 被引量：1

Structure Analysis of Perovskite-type LaMnO_3 and LaMnO_(3.2011)

摘要 合成了两个稀土复合氧化物LaMnO3 和LaMnO3.2011.利用XRD 测定了晶体结构,利用随机程序TREOR计算了晶胞参数,比较了两者的晶体结构. Single phase perovskite-type rare earth composite oxides LaMnO_3 and LaMnO_(3.2011) were synthesised under 10p_a and 1.01×10~5pa.The crystalline structure was measured and unit cell parameters were computerised with TREOR file,and then crystal structure was analyzed.
