RNA干扰——治疗HIV感染的新方法
摘要
RNA干扰 (RNAi)是由双链RNA介导的 ,特异性沉默内源或外源性同源基因的过程。RNAi的分子生物学特征当前已被用于抗HIV感染和治疗AIDS病。本文就RNAi抗HIV机制和近两年来RNAi在抗HIV 1感染方面的最新研究进展及在RNAi实验设计上需注意的问题等方面加以综述。
