“南方人工泪液”对泪膜破裂时间的影响

The effect of " South Artificial Tears"on tearfilm breek-up time

本实验测定了正常眼滴入人工泪液后泪膜破裂时间（ＢＵＴ）的变化。在１０例健康志愿者眼中分别滴入“南方人工泪液”及美国产人工泪液（ＴｅａｒＶａｔｕｒａｌｅＦｒｅｅ）后３ｍｉｎ，ＢＵＴ分别延长２．７４、３．６３ｓ，与正常对照组比较差异有显著意义。实验结果表明，我们研制的人工泪液和美国产人工泪液具有同样延长ＢＵＴ的作用，从而增强角膜前泪膜的稳定性。
