摘要
本试验在复制小鼠胰腺癌（ＭＰＣ－８３）皮下移植瘤基础上，进行了ＬＡＫ细胞联合白细胞介素－２（ＩＬ－２）及单独ＩＬ－２抗小鼠胰腺癌作用观察。实验结果：ＬＡＫ细胞与ＩＬ－２联用及ＩＬ－２单独应用均能明显地抑制移植ＭＰＣ－８３肿瘤在小鼠体内的生长，降低瘤发生率，提高荷瘤鼠的生存率。ＬＡＫ细胞与ＩＬ－２联用抗肿瘤作用更显著，对肿瘤的抑制明显高于ＩＬ－２单独应用组。提示：ＬＡＫ细胞加ＩＬ－２过继免疫疗法对小鼠胰腺（ＭＰＬ－８３）是敏感，有效的。
ntitumor effect against pancreatic cancer(MPC- 83) with
Lan cells and IL - 2 wasobserved in mouse experiment. The LAK cellsadministration of
combined with IL-2, or IL- 2 alone , could obviously depress the growthof the MPC-83 tumor,
and improve the sur-vival rate in inouse during the experiment.The conibinant using of LAK
cells and IL- 2was more effective. The restraint rate of thetumor produced by the combinant
using LAKcells and IL-2 was markedly higher than thatIL - 2 alone, The experiment showed
thatLan cells and IL- 2 are sensitive , effective tothe cancer (MPC-83) in
mouse.
