摘要
本文报告了２１例额侧喉部分切除后以胸骨舌骨肌皮瓣修复喉腔，较好地恢复了喉发音、呼吸、吞咽保护功能。介绍了手术方法，认为胸骨舌骨肌皮瓣修复喉腔为一简便有效的方法。
