摘要
用XP摩擦磨损试验机考察了钢-铜摩擦副在三乙醇胺和甘油作润滑介质时的摩擦系数与磨损量,发现摩擦系数随着时间的延长而逐渐降低。用ImageView分析系统进行摩擦副的磨损形貌分析,认为钢-铜摩擦副在甘油或三乙醇胺润滑下发生了选择性转移效应。建立了一个选择性转移效应模型来解释此现象。
The friction coefficients and worn masses of steel - copper friction pairs were measured with XP pin - disk friction and wear tester when triethanolamine and glycerin were as lubricant, and it discovered the friction coefficients reduced along with time. The worn surfaces of friction pairs were analyzed through Image View analysis system, and it considered that steel - copper friction pairs had occurred the selective transfer effects under lubrication of glycerin or triethanolamine. A selective transfer effect model was established to explain the phenomena.
