Tentative Thought on Making Favourable Policy on Girl Education in the Western Ethnic Poor Area

女童教育是妇女解放历史进程中的重要组成部分,也是衡量一个国家和地区文明进步的重要标志。加快西部民族贫困地区女童教育的发展是提高女性生活质量和素质、促进西部地区经济发展和社会进步的客观要求。本文主要分析了西部民族贫困地区女童教育的现状和问题,通过对国家重视和加强贫困地区、民族地区女童教育工作政策和措施的历史与现实回顾,指出制定实施西部民族贫困地区女童教育特殊政策的必要性,并提出了相应的政策建议。

Girl education is not only an important component of women's liberation,but also a sign to measure the degree of the civilization and progress of an area or a country.Speeding up the development of girl education in the western ethnic area is the objective demand to improve life quality and qualification of women and to promote economic development of the western area and social progress.The article mainly analyzes the present situation and facing problems of westerm poor ethnic area.By looking back the historical and present policy and measures taken by our country to emphasize and strengthen educational work of girl in poor or ethnical area,the author points out the necessity to carry out favourable policy to the girls,offering corresponding suggestions on the policy.
