民族院校实验室设置体制改革的理论与实践——以湖北民族学院为例

随着教育改革的深化和科学技术的进步,民族高校实验室的作用越来越大,日益成为办好高等院校的重要条件。本文通过分析民族院校实验室设置体制存在的问题,结合实际,积极探索构建了一套适合民族院校实验室体制改革的模式,使实验室设置适应于高校发展的需要,并初步建立起了适合民族院校专业规模、教学、科研水平相一致的高效益的实验室运行机制。

Now with deepening education reform and making advanced in science and technology, the function of laboratory in institutes for nationalities is more important. Laboratory has become one important condition in the construction of colleges and universities. In this paper some problems in laboratory system are analyzed and a model of laboratory system reform in institutes of nationalities is put forward.This model has adapted to the development need of specialized subject , teaching and science research in Hubei Institute for Nationalities.
