摘要
本文在大量调研的基础上，对主要行车部门在执行车机联控作业过程暴露出的人机工程问题（人、机与管理诸因素）进行了分析研究，并提出一些改进意见，供有关领导参考。
On the basis of lots of inspection work, the paper analyzed several problems of people-computer engineering which appeared in the operation process of station-locomotive joint control in main operation departments, and put forward some suggestions for improvement for the reference of related authorities.
