摘要
采用正交设计试验方法,对铝合金表面电镀前处理工艺进行了优化改进,并在LY12铝合金表面实现了电刷镀铜工艺,所得刷镀铜层与基体结合强度高,满足锡焊连接质量要求。该工艺操作简便,节约能源,生产效率高,易于推广应用。
A new brush-plating technology on the surface of aluminum alloy LY12 was carried out with orthogonal experiment design. The result showed that the coating film had good adhesion with matrix. That is satisfied for tin soldering and the technological operation was simple and efficient.
