Progress in research on triptolide

查阅有关雷公藤甲素近10年来国内外的文献资料,选取具有较大应用价值及学术意义的内容,按雷公藤甲素的药理、药代学、毒理、临床应用及其半合成等几个方面分别介绍,拟对雷公藤甲素有一个全面的认识。雷公藤及雷公藤甲素是目前我国中药现代化研究的热点,鉴于它们的两面性(生物活性及毒性),利用现代高科技手段,开发高效低毒的新剂型是一项非常有意义的工作。

To further understand triptolide, this paper has introduced the pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, toxicity, the clinic application and semi-synthesis of triptolide on basis of importanct and significant contents of reference which have been consulted in the past twents years. Presently triptolide and Tripterygium wilfordii have been a hot spot of modernization of Chinese traditional medicine. It is very important to develop a new dosage form of high effect and low toxicity by making use of advanced technology according to its characteristics. [
