摘要
目的为《中国药典》(2005年版)白花前胡药材的质量标准制定提供参考依据。方法以白花前胡甲素为对照品,采用TLC和HPLC分别进行定性鉴别及含量测定。结果含量测定中,白花前胡甲素在017696～088480μg线性关系良好(r=09999),回收率为997%,RSD为040%。结论TLC鉴别方法专属性强;含量测定方法精密度高,重复性好,简便快速,可用于白花前胡的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a quality standard of Peucedanum praeruptorum for chinese Pharmacopoeia(2005). Method: The presence of (±)-praeruptorin A were identified and assayed by TLC and HPLC, respectively. Result: Linearity of marker was obtained over the range of 0.176 96～0.884 80 μg(r=0.999 9). The average recovery rate was 99.72% (RSD=0.40%). Conclusion: TLC is specific. The method of quantity is accurate, reappearance, simple, rapid, and suitable for the quality control of P. praeruptorum. [
