摘要
丰西站上行场驼峰过高,减速器制动力不足,调车场成锅底形,造成钩车回溜,影响安全。改造办法是:抬高第三制动位标高,以降低峰高,使调车场成顺坡;第一、二制动位由7十7节改为8+8节,以增加制动能高;减速器大修周期按35万次进行,以保持正常的制动。
The hump of up direction yard of the fengtai West Station has a high grade. The shunting yard has a shape of pot bottom, which causes the unsafe reverse skating of cars. The upgradign plan is like the following: (1) Raise the elevation of the third braking point, so as to lower the hump and make the shunting yard go along the grade; (2) The retarders atthe first and second braking point are changed from 7+ 7 to 8 + 8, so as to increase the braking force; (3)Change the period of retarder overhaul from one year to 350,000 time of car pass, in order to guarantee thenormal braking force.
