To transfer the rice anther culture technology from successfully employing programs to emerging programs in rice-producing countries, the International Workshop on Anther Culture for Rice Breeders was held at CNRRI, 12-24 Oct, 1992. The Sponsors were Chinese Commission on Science and Technology and Rockefeller Foundation.
