摘要 Ryanodine受体与心肌兴奋收缩偶联有着密切的关系 ,近年来已成为心力衰竭治疗的又一新靶点 ,对其的研究也日趋深入。对Ryanodine受体的结构和主要功能 ,Ryanodine受体的生理及药物调节 ,衰竭心脏中Ryanodine受体结构与功能的病变进行阐述 ,并简要概述针对Ryanodine受体病变的心力衰竭的药物治疗。 Ryanodine receptor plays an important role in excitation-contraction coupling. The structure and function of ryanodine receptor, regulation, and its changes on structure and function in heart failure were illuminated in this article. Moreover, the drug treatment related to Ryanodine receptor was summarized.
