颈动脉超声改变与冠心病的临床关系探讨

Relationship Among the Change of Carotid Artery by Ultrasound and Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探讨患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块及内$C中膜厚度对冠心病的预测价值。方法:应用二维超声对49例冠心病患者的颈动脉内$C中膜厚度及斑块进行检测,与31例具有动脉粥样硬化危险因素的患者作对照。结果:冠心病患者的颈动脉内$C中膜厚度、斑块指数及斑块检出率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:外周动脉壁内中膜厚度及斑块指数可作为冠状动脉粥样硬化的预测因子。

Objective:To explore the carotid atherosclerotic plaque,carotid intimia-media thickness (IMTC) among patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) .Method : The plaque index and IMTc were detected by highresolution ultrasound technique in 49 patients with CHD (group A) and 31 subjects with risk factors related to CHD (groupB) . Result : Compared with group B, the plaque index significantly increased (3.25±0.076 vs 0.91±0.43, p<0.01), the IMTc increased too (0.95±0.29mm vs 0.74±0.22, p<0.01) in CAD patients (group A). The incidence of atherosclerotic paque in CAD patients was higher than that of group B (79.6% vs 29.0%, p<0.01). Conclusion : Patients with CHD had higher IMT and plaques in common carotid artery .
