左半结肠癌急性梗阻I期手术的治疗体会

The Operation Experinence of the Stage I Acute Obstruction in Left Colonic Carcinoma

目的:探讨左半结肠癌急性梗阻I期手术治疗的可行性。方法:对30例左半结肠癌急性梗阻患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:30例全部治愈,切口感染5例,吻合口瘘1例,无腹腔脓肿等并发症发生。结论:左半结肠癌急性梗阻患者,只要选择好合适病例,完善围手术期及术中的处理,I期手术是安全可行的。

Objective:To study the feasibilty of acute obstruction stage I in left colon carcinoma. Method: we reviewed the clinical data of 30 cases acute obstruction in left colonic carcinoma. Result: 30 cases were all cured, 5 cases incision infection, 1 case incision fistula.There's no abdominal abscess and other complication.Conclusion:It's safe and feasibility in stage I to operate acute obstruction in left colonic carcinoma.if we select the proper case and improve the management of perioperation.
