摘要
我国高校现行的专业人员职务晋升机制,已日益暴露出许多自身难以解决的问题。本文运用双梯阶机制理论,通过与管理人员职务晋升机制的比较,对高校专业人员的职务晋升机制进行了全方位透视,分析并指出了问题的实质所在。
The academic promotion system for college-based personnel has increasingly had problems that cannot be solved within the system's own framework. From a 'dual-ladders' perspective, the author of this paper compares this system with the promotion system for administrative personnel, takes a thorough look into the system and sets out the crux of the matter.
