人才资源是第一资源,人才问题是关系党和国家事业发展的关键问题。高层次人才是高校发展的根本,人才引进是高校得以发展的重要环节,是高校人才队伍建设的捷径。当前,高校引进高层次人才存在误区,引进高层次人才必须与时俱进,讲求实效,注重管理和使用,确保高层次人才能引进、留住、用好。

Talents are the most important resources,and the problem of talents is a key problem,which is closely related to the development of our party and our nation.High-level talents is the foundation for the growth of colleges and universities, and the introducation of talents is both a key link in it and a shortcut to the building of a strong contingent of talents. Nowadays,colleges and universities in China are somewhat misled in introducing high-level talents.We hold that they must be practical,catch up with the times,and pay attention to the management and employment of talents in order to attract,detain and make the best use of high-level talents.
