大学生权利的保护是实现教育法治的迫切课题,法治精神和权利至上理念要求学校管理尊重和保护大学生个体权利。大学生权利受侵害的突出表现是受教育权、公正评价权、人身权、财产权等权利受到侵害,需要通过行政救济与司法救济途径得到切实保护。

Protection of the rights of university students is an urgent topic for realizing the regulation on education. Lawful spirit and the concept of right supremacy require schools to respect and protect the individual rights of university students. The damaged rights mainly include the right to be educated, the right to be judged fairly, the right for life, the property right and so on, which should be practically protected with administrative aid and legislative means.
