An Exploration of Using Newspaper in the EFL/ESL Classroom

利用报纸进行外语教学可以给语言学习者带来不小的收获。将报纸引入ESL/EFL课堂教学要注意"六记"和"六忌"。以此为前提,可以设计出内容丰富、形式多样的听说读写课堂活动。

Bringing newspapers into the classroom in language teaching will benefit the learners. In implementing this method in ESL and EFL, six points for attention and six avoidances must be stressed, on the basis of which colourful classroom activities of listening, speaking, reading and writing can be worked out.
